Returns & Exchanges:

J.M. Scarpy Enterprises, LLC and HuntEmUp.com - Thank you, for your order and we truly appreciate your business! However, if you are not completely satisfied with a product you have received, you may return it, in as purchased condition within 30 day of receipt of purchase. We will promptly exchange it or refund the purchase price (excluding postage and handling), whichever you prefer (Some items may require a restocking charge - contact us for deatils). After this date the manufacturers' warranty applies.

When you order from HuntEmUp.com over the internet, you connect with Homestead Store's secure server which protects your credit card and personal information. Shortly after placing your order on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order you entered on-line. Please note: some quantity discounts, free shipping on certain internet specials, and shipping costs on international orders may NOT be shown on this confirmation, but WILL be reflected on your final invoice.

Shipping Information:

United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Service (USPS) are our standard method of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
Most orders ship out within 24 hours of orders receipt.

FREE SHIPPING - We pay the UPS ground or USPS shipping cost on all orders of $250.00 or more to destinations within the continental United States (lower 48 states). International orders take longer. We will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost. Shipments going to P.O. Boxes may be shipped via the US Postal Service.
Free Shipping does not apply to Heavy or Oversized items as noted.
Shipping Methods -- Domestic (USA)
United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Service (USPS) are used to ship to most addresses in the continental US.
UPS "Ground" Service is available to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and even some U.S. Territories, although it is slow and may not be cost effective.

International Shipping:

All addresses outside of the US48 pay the exact cost of shipping.
NOTE: When ordering on-line our website applies an average shipping cost. We will adjust the cost before your credit card is charged. Please feel free to contact us for a shipping estimate. We ship via UPS and USPS Airmail.
OUTSIDE THE USA -- FREE Shipping is not available outside of the US48. You pay the exact cost of shipping your Air Package. Since exact cost cannot be determined until your order is ready for shipment and shipping cost vary greatly by destination and weight, the charges shown in the table below and on your invoice represent the "Average Cost" of shipping a sample package using the service you select. Your credit card will be charged exact cost of shipping your order.

International orders will be charged a 5% restocking fee for returned orders.

Product use:

All of our products are designed for use in the United States. It is your responsibility to use them in compliance with all local laws. Some restrictions may apply. Not all items can be shipped by all methods or to all addresses. Please contact us if there are any questions or if you are uncertain about shipping.

Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments:

Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.

Product Warranty

All products that have exhausted our 30 day return policy must be returned to the Manufacturer for repair or replacement. After 30 days from date of purchase, repair or replacement becomes the sole responsibility of the Manufacturer.
HuntEmUp.com would be more than happy to assist you with any return authorization information you may require.

Regular shipping charges apply to all exchanges.

DVD, Video & Printed Material Return Policy

Due to Copyright infringement on both Video and Printed material, videos and printed material can not be returned for credit. Defective product will be replaced.

Custom order Return Policy

Any custom order items cannot be returned for refund, only a credit will be issued for custom items.
